Mi Nombre es Paola Masson, vivo en Chile, al igual que muchas personas, acepté probar gratuitamente el servicio, para lo cual entregue datos de mi tarjeta de crédito, y durante 4 meses cargaron USD 50 por mes, con un total de USD 200, según me informan esto está declarado en los términos y condiciones, obviamente, actuando de mala fe, necesito ayuda para saber donde puedo reclamar, alguna instancia formal, no descansaré en empapelar la red de reclamos y espero que todas las personas engañadas se den el trabajo de hacerlo, es la única forma de protegernos!!!

Unfortunately I too can now be counted as an unwary victim of this quite covert criminal operation. In April 2015 signed up for a "free trial" only to recently discover they had been charging my credit card about $63 mthly for a total of over$460.The initial sign up required credit card info claiming tat it would NOT be used to charge a fee.
Obviously they are not concerned about the legalities of false advertising. I gather too, that they have been getting away with this for years with no repercussions from Canadian or American Internet Regulation Agencies. As a single mother this represents a very serious blow to my budget.
They might as well as robbed me at gun point. How is it there are no regulations in place to prevent this type of fraud?

I was redirected to their site from google with a promise of free online streaming,then they asked me to register,personal details,e-mail address,card details etc.
I've done it and the movie I was gonna watch wasn't there,in fact there was 20 useless film which you see in poundland 5 for £1 so I quickly cancelled my so called FREE membership,but apparently I wasn't fast enough because in 30 seconds they grabbed 67p off my account,useless muppets.Whatever you do,don't give your card details to them! I don't believe there isn't a proper authority to deal with this parasites....@@@ @@@@ @@@@ @@@ @@@ @@@@ @@@@ @@@
